It's taken L3-37 some time to adjust to this new planet... The news that Lando was here before, but he's gone now. The new human body she has access to. The people have been friendly enough, in any event, which helps. Poe Dameron especially. She's not sure whether he's only being nice to her because of her association with Lando, or because he's unhealthily obsessed with droids, but she'll take it.

Tonight, he's said he wants to take her to a favorite club of his, and that she'll have to dress nice. She picks out a black lace dress, and even makes an attempt at makeup before the appointed time when Poe has said he'll pick her up.

Poe's ability to fly things that weren't meant to be flown continued to astound L3-37. She shaded her eyes with her hand as she watched him come in for a landing, backdropped by the setting Nonah sun.

"It's brilliant. You go into a shop, flash your imPort marker stamp, and people trip over themselves to recommend things for you to wear." Everyone wanted their clothes to be modeled by the planet's newest droid celebrity. Little did they know she had no use for clothes in her droid form, and would instead be wearing them as another nondescript human.

She steps off the curb and hikes up her skirt to get herself seated behind him on the motorbike, not caring that the shows a little extra leg in the process.

"Alright, hot shot. We're off."

L3 obeyed and held tight to Poe with one arm, the other trying to keep her hair from whipping her in the face. She wasn't used to open-air flying.

"Only if they deserve it," she called back, either not getting the meaning of Poe's words or purposefully misunderstanding them. Though, she supposed there was a likelihood she may accidentally elbow someone in the face in her attempts to dance. Not that she'd care, particularly, but it was liable to happen. She wasn't exactly an experienced dancer.

"You know," she called forward as she leaned in close, her front going flush against Poe's back. "No one's ever asked me to dance before."

The thing about human bodies is that they react to things so much quicker than droid bodies do. L3-37 has much less control over her physical expressions of emotion than she does with an expressionless metal face. So she can't help the way her cheeks flush and she grips Poe a little tighter around the middle.

"I had no idea you were so invested in my rushing hormones, Dameron."

At least she can still deflect with her words, even if the cheeky smile on her face gives her real intentions away.
