it sounds like life day. i thought i'd throw a party, on the night before. for all our friends. then you and him and i can just chill and have a proper life day the next day i guess but i figured you could meet them all at the party?

technically it's a wookie holiday but a lot of families that fought in the rebellion just sort of picked it up, after so there aren't a lot of particular traditions, exactly. mostly just a lot of food and the people you love.

let's just say they didn't appreciate that kind of thing, in the organisation he was brought up in but now he's with us so it's time to celebrate

gingerbread houses are little houses made out of gingerbread cookies

so we might make graham cracker houses
you decorate them with candy and frosting
pralines are the best thing in the entire world just trust me
my mom used to make them every single year for christmas

and pianos are really big so we can't really just borrow one
but i'm gonna get a guitar with my first paycheck so we'll have that
